The needs of people living with advanced terminal illness, and the needs of their families, are numerous and wide-ranging. For underprivileged families, trying to fulfill these needs can be just another thing to worry about during a very difficult time.

The Ruth Bayne Family Support Fund provides crucial material and counselling support to low-income families accessing Sinai Health's Temmy Latner Centre for Palliative Care.
