As the only Milk Bank supplying human donor milk to more than 51 NICUs across Ontario and Atlantic Canada, we nourish thousands of vulnerable newborns each year. Thanks to donor generosity and a matching gift from the Rogers-Hixon Foundation in 2025, we were able to purchase a new milk analyzer that optimizes the quality of the donated milk - dramatically improving the health and immunity of our tiniest patients.

The donor-funded da Vinci Xi robot is transforming surgery at Sinai Health. Now used by all three colorectal surgeons, it makes highly complex procedures less invasive for patients with IBD and other conditions. Last year alone, they completed 30 robotic-assisted surgeries - and plan to double that number in the year ahead.
