Sinai Health Foundation has released its latest Annual Report highlighting a year of world-leading care and research in a time marked by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The latest digital report features dozens of compelling stories of how staff pivoted to ensure patients continued to have access to life-changing care despite challenging conditions. Many researchers at the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute also shifted their labs to focus on how to treat and best test for COVID-19 and emerging variants of concern.

“Thank you to our donors who made it possible for us to continue the cutting-edge research and the compassionate care that has become synonymous with Sinai Heath,” said Sinai Health Foundation CEO Louis de Melo. “We hope that you will be inspired by these amazing stories of strength, resilience and dedication to improving people’s lives. It wouldn’t be possible without philanthropy.”

The report also highlights messages from Sinai Health President and CEO Gary Newton, along with Sinai Health Foundation co-chairs David Cynamon, Maxine Granovsky Gluskin, and Howard Sokolowski. You can read the latest report at sinaihealthannualreport.ca.
