Joshna got COVID in January 2021. After the initial symptoms went away, she was left with an exhaustion that she just couldn’t shake. Her work as a chef, activist and gastronomist had always kept her busy, but now she struggled to keep up with the pace. There were many days when she couldn’t get off the couch.
