About Mount Sinai 100

A century ago, Mount Sinai Hospital opened its doors on Yorkville Avenue after a group of Jewish women went door-to-door, determined to raise enough money for a hospital to address the unmet health-care needs in their community. The inextinguishable spirit of our founders lives on today, in a hospital that continues to break barriers and defy the odds every day.

The Sinai 100 Fund will provide stable annual funding in perpetuity, allowing us to respond to our most urgent needs across the hospital for the next 100 years.
